چکیده
With the transmission of COVID-19 epidemic at home and abroad, this paper considers spread process in China, improves classic SEIR model, establishes a multistage time-delay control model (MTCM) for transmission. The MTCM divides into three periods: outbreak period, period steady period. classical improved SEQIR ? correspond to periods. was adopted yielded results that were consistent with observed early propagation In adding isolation measures time delay adjusting rates better simulation effect. focus consideration is number new patients, population movement (in-migration out-migration population) patient classification (symptomatic asymptomatic patients). MCTM used simulation, comparison revealed simulated data (improved model) actual are similar policy effective. New infections, flow patients symptomatic or symptoms more characteristics. multi-stage provides theoretical methods good prevention future formulation.

A New Method for Time-Delay Compensation in Control Systems
In this paper a new method is introduced and investigated for removing the destabilizing effects of time-delay parameter in control loops. The concept of the method is taken from the knowledge concerning the dynamic behaviour of irrational transfer functions (Ir-TF), which is discussed and investigated elswhere in frequency response domain and is explained briefly here. Ir-TFs, which are we...
متن کاملMathematical Model of Novel COVID-19 and Its Transmission Dynamics
In this paper, we formulated a dynamical model of COVID-19 to describe the transmission dynamics of the disease. The well possedness of the formulated model equations was proved. Both local and global stability of the disease free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium point of the model equation was established using basic reproduction number. The results show that, if the basic reproduction numb...
متن کاملA Systemic Control Model for Covid-19 Outbreak from a Safety Engineering Perspective
Reducing the consequences of the Covid 19 outbreak requires a systematic approach. The most effective way to prevent this disease is to cut off the virus transmission chain. In this letter, a systemic model for the management of the Covid 19 crisis is presented based on the bow-tie analysis model and the concept of Layers of Protection Analysis from the perspective of safety engineering. In thi...
متن کاملT-S FUZZY MODEL-BASED MEMORY CONTROL FOR DISCRETE-TIME SYSTEM WITH RANDOM INPUT DELAY
A memory control for T-S fuzzy discrete-time systems with sto- chastic input delay is proposed in this paper. Dierent from the common assumptions on the time delay in the existing literatures, it is assumed in this paper that the delays vary randomly and satisfy some probabilistic dis- tribution. A new state space model of the discrete-time T-S fuzzy system is derived by introducing some stocha...
متن کاملMultiple Model Control for Teleoperation Under Time Delay MULTIPLE MODEL CONTROL FOR TELEOPERATION UNDER TIME DELAY
Performance and stability of bilateral teleoperation control systems are adversely affected by variations in environment dynamics and time delay in communication channel. Prior relevant research in the literature has mainly yielded control algorithms that sacrifice performance in order to guarantee robust stability. In contrast, this thesis proposes methods to deal with these two main problems ...
